Section 6 Delegation of powers by the Minister
The Minister may delegate to the Agency or the Council such of his functions under this Act as he thinks fit.
Section 20 Powers of Director
(1) The Director may—
(a) with the approval of the Minister, delegate to a person any power
conferred upon him by this Act in relation to a particular matter or class of matters or otherwise;
Section 9 (7) The Director-General may, with the consent of the Board, delegate to Directors such of the powers and duties conferred upon or delegated to him in terms of this Act as he thinks fit. Section 11 (4) The Director-General may delegate to officers, inspectors and employees such of the powers conferred upon him in terms of this Act as it thinks fit.
